Service cancellation and modification policy
In the event of cancellation of a service by the customer less than 1 hour from the agreed time, a cancellation fee of €35 will be due.
In the event of cancellation of a service by the customer more than 1 hour from the agreed time, the cancellation costs will be the amount of the service ordered.

Wait higher than 15 min: billing of a supplement of 10 €.
Wait higher than 30 min: invoicing of a supplement of 25 €.
